When It’s Time to Move On

14.07.2024

Sometimes we create realities in our life that we feel uncomfortable with or that we feel we have outgrown. It can be circumstances such as friendships, relationships, living locations, jobs, and our mindsets, beliefs or behaviours.

Sometimes certain beliefs or behaviours have to become really strong in our awareness for us to see them and be able to transcend them. What we hold in our mind eventually will manifest in physical reality. Making sure our subconscious mind is only storing positive and uplifting affirmations about life, ourselves and others (no matter past experiences) and cleaning out the unconscious fear-programming from past life-times or early conditioning is crucial to be able to transcend lower vibrational realities and move forward as souls on an evolutionary journey.

Maybe you are right now in a place in your life where you don't feel happy, it can be a relationship, a job, a living situation, a family-dynamic or anything else that is making you feel squeezed, trapped or unfulfilled.

You may ask yourself, ''Is there more than this?'' Even though a part of you may still feel ''safe'' in that environment, relationship or situation because it's familiar and known to you, a deeper part (your soul) may feel extremely uncomfortable because there is no growth or progression happening at a soul-level which is ultimately why we are here.

Resisting life creates obstacles, pain and difficulties that later cna manifest in the physical body as diseases, discomfort and other problems. The beautiful thing is even if they do, we can still use them as messengers and learning opportunities to grow, release and move on, but it's not necessary to get sick in order to learn or grow, because if we can develop a deeper connection to our intuition and inner guidance and act with faith, courage, confidence and trust on our inner voice we can save ourselves times, discomfort and disease.

How do we learn to trust our intuition?

Trusting your intuition can after traumatic events or negative events be a process of a step-by-step journey. Small things you can do every day are tune into yourself, and ask yourself What do I need today? What can I do for myself that will help me? The more you can connect with and trust your intuition the more you will trust yourself and the easier life will be.

Living from our minds, not trusting our hearts, bodies our souls can be extremely uncomfortable and challenging. Always operating from the survival-mind, being disconnected from our heart and intuition can make everything and everyone seem like a threat, especially if we have been damaged or wounded in the past.

If an unforeseen traumatic experience happens, the body still remembers it and can have a difficult time relaxing, there is also a process of ''re-learning'' or ''re-training'' the subconscious mind and the body from danger / fight or flight to safety and trust, usually it's one thing to know something at a mental level, but a completely different thing to embody it or feel it/know it to be true at a physical level. <3

The physical is extremely important and serves a role in this third dimension, it's the vehicle that carries our souls, and if we are not connected to it (instead distracting ourselves at a mental level) or completely dissociated and living in the mind, we can later have physical symptoms that shows up to show us that we forgot about the body, we forgot to listen to the soul.

Everything is connected, the body, mind and the soul. Ideally you want to be balanced in all areas, and sometimes working on one area helps another one.

I believe the best thing is always to be aligned with soul, because then naturally things align externally, yet learning to listen to, trust and follow the soul can be a new thing if we are used to or trained to live from / make decision from the mind.

The mind that wants to keep us safe can literally scream, ''What are you doing!?'' when you are ''abandoning'' it. There can also be a strong attachment to the mind, or an identification with the mind that makes us think or believe that we are the mind.

We are not a mind, we have a mind and it's there to support us

We have to take power over our minds, or our minds will have power over us. Limited as it is, it can prevent us from new experiences and dreams coming true, because it just wants us to stay safe and stay in the known / familiar.

It takes courage and strength to break out from a pattern, behavior, belief or situation that is draining our life force energy and making us unhappy. At the same time it takes trust that things can work out when we leave the ''mind-scape'' behind.

This is a check-list for what can be helpful when changing from mind to heart

The soul speaks when there is silence, it can't get to us if we are constantly in the mind. Learning to differentiate between mind and soul is important.

Questions to contemplate

Where in your life are you feeling uncomfortable or ready to move on from?

Maybe it's a job , a relationship, a mindset or a way of living

Are you open and willing to hear the deeper messages and guidance from your soul coming through? Are you willing to trust in the goodness and support of the Universe? And, do you trust your own wings?

We are usually much more stronger than we think we are

and someone told me that, it's not our weakness that scares us

but our strength.
